Premier Football's acceptance of your order (regardless of the content of any emails we send you) will only take place on despatch of your order.

We may refuse your order or cancel your order if we decide it is reasonable to do so which may include circumstances where:
- We are unable to obtain authorised payment or the payment process is incomplete
- We identify a product or pricing error on the website
- You fail to meet any criteria for eligibility of purchase which we may impose from time to time
- We suspect that your order is related to fraudulent activity
- You fail to submit all necessary and relevant details to allow us to fulfil the order
- Goods are unavailable or out of stock.

We may contact you by telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and despatch your order or we may be unable to accept it.

Premier Football delivers all local orders with a value of SGD100 or more for free via the Standard Delivery method. You may choose to have the order shipped via an Express Delivery method instead for the fee listed below.

Free Express Delivery for all orders within Singapore with a value of SGD100 or more.

Do take note that Standard Delivery is not available for orders with a value less than SGD100.

  • Please allow up to 48 hrs for processing of your order prior to shipping.
  • An additional 24 - 48 hrs may be required for orders with personalisation.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Singapore time), excluding public holidays.
  • Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to.
  • Standard and Express delivery services provide tracking information on your parcels progress.
  • Express delivery shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when both the delivery destination and service option is selected.

When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs.

Delivery charges may be subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to ensure your order is delivered to you on time and in great condition. Delivery prices are calculated based on weight and are subject to change. Please see the final delivery cost during the checkout process.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us no later than 30 days from the date on which the order was taken by us. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders which are reported to us later than 30 days after the date on which the order was taken by us.

Before getting in contact with us, have you tried:

  • Checking the tracking link via your confirmation email to view the up to date tracking. 
  • Signing into My Account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.
  • Checking if you have a text message, email or attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.

If you still can't find your parcel, please contact us and quote your order number. We'll reply within 24 hours and do our best to locate your parcel.

Do take note, however, that all liability for the package will be borne by the courier, and Premier Football International Pte Ltd is not responsible for any lost packages after it has been collected by the courier.
