Returns & Exchange Policy

Can I return my item?

You may return any item within 14 days of receipt of shipment, as long as it follows the following conditions:

  • Item must be in new condition.
  • Item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, where applicable.
  • Item must be unused and/or unworn.

You will receive store credit for the returned items.

Returns for personalised product will only be accepted if the personalisation is incorrect from the receipt of order or if the product is faulty.

  • Once a name or number has been printed on a shirt we will not offer a refund or exchange unless the shirt is faulty.
  • The same applies if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number during his time at the club.

Can I exchange my item?

The item to be exchanged must be returned to us first, and fulfil the returns requirements above.

The exchange order will only be created once the original item is received by us. You will be charged for the difference in price if the new item costs more. The order will be dispatched using the same shipping method as the original order.

How do I return or exchange an item?

All items must be returned to us with a trackable shipping service. Shipping and handling charges for returning items must be borne by the buyer.

Ensure that items are securely enclosed in a suitable package.

We are not able to process any returns or exchanges if a package does not arrive and a trackable method of shipping was not used, or if you had refused the initial shipment.

What if I received the wrong item?

In the unlikely event that we delivered you the wrong item, we will refund the cost of returning the item back to us.

Please follow the instructions for returns above. We will dispatch the correct item and issue you with the delivery cost refund as soon as we receive the product from you.

What should I do if an item is faulty?

Please contact us as soon as possible if an item is faulty. You may be required to provide proof of the defect in the item.

Follow the instructions above to return the item to us.

We will bear any returns shipping cost for a faulty item. All refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the item.
